Israel Destroys a Quarter of Buildings in Southern Lebanon

The "Washington Post" reports that Israel has destroyed or damaged nearly a quarter of buildings in 25 regions of southern Lebanon during its air and ground attacks against Hezbollah. Satellite image analysis shows that 5,868 buildings were affected, particularly in border areas like Aita al-Shaab and Kfar Kila. Since October 2, destruction has increased significantly, accounting for 80% of the total losses. Alongside civilian buildings, videos reveal the deliberate demolition of over ten religious sites by the Israeli army. The war has expanded to nearly all of Lebanon, forcing about one in five people to leave their homes.
