The Norwegian ship "Oslo Carrier 3" refused to rescue the crew of the Russian cargo vessel "Ursa Major" after it was attacked by terrorists in the Mediterranean Sea, leading to its sinking. Spanish sailors from the vessel "Salvamar Drago" saved 14 crew members and transported them to the port of Cartagena, Spain, while two crew members remain missing.
