The Mauritanian government announced significant personnel changes during the Council of Ministers meeting on Wednesday. Among the key decisions was the dismissal of Dr. Oum El Fadhl Abdel Wedoud El Sadeq from her position as Director General of the Central Procurement Agency for Medicines, Equipment, and Medical Supplies (CAMEC), a role she had held since 2021.
Additionally, Dr. Mohamed El Amine Hake was appointed as a Special Advisor at the Ministry of Livestock Development. Dr. Lemrabott Mekhalleh was named Director of the National Office for Research and Development of Livestock Resources and Pastoral Systems, succeeding Dr. Mohamed El Amine Hake in this position.
