Families of Israeli soldiers killed during the war with Hamas held a symbolic protest outside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in Jerusalem, voicing their opposition to the proposed ceasefire agreement.
The protest featured fake coffins draped in Israeli flags, symbolizing the soldiers’ sacrifices and rejecting the agreement, which they view as a capitulation to Hamas without achieving the war’s stated objectives.
The “Gavora Forum” (Forum of Valor), a right-wing organization representing the families of fallen soldiers, issued a statement asserting that Israel’s approval of the proposed deal would constitute an abandonment of its core principles. They emphasized that the war should achieve its strategic goals.
