President of the Republic Heads to Madrid for the Presentation of Africa Strategy

The President of the Republic, Chair of the African Union, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, departed the capital Nouakchott on Wednesday evening, heading to Madrid (Spain). The visit is part of his participation in the presentation of the Spanish Prime Minister's strategy for the African continent.
The purpose of the visit is to strengthen cooperation between Mauritania and Spain within the framework of the African Union, while highlighting strategic issues related to the development of the African continent.
