Belgium: Complaint Against Israeli Military Attaché and Officer’s Escape from Cyprus

A pro-Palestinian rights organization has filed an official complaint in Belgium against Israeli military attaché Moshe Tetro, accusing him of war crimes committed during his tenure as head of the coordination authority in Gaza during the last war. The complaint alleges that Tetro implemented a systematic policy of starvation against Gaza residents and coordinated attacks on hospitals, resulting in numerous casualties.

This complaint is part of a series of similar legal actions against representatives of the Israeli occupation abroad. Recently, an Israeli officer fled Cyprus after the organization revealed his identity and photo. Similar complaints have been filed at The Hague, in the Netherlands, and Ecuador, based on evidence from social media posts.

These actions have heightened concerns among Israeli officials about the growing efforts to prosecute their military representatives internationally.
