Lukashenko: Belarus Has Dozens of Nuclear Warheads, and We Will Press the Button Together with Russia

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko warned that his country possesses dozens of nuclear warheads and assured that any violation of Belarusian borders would trigger an immediate response. He emphasized that Russia had transferred nuclear weapons to Belarus upon his request.

He also announced the delivery of Russian "Orichnik" hypersonic missiles to Belarus free of charge in the second half of next year. These missiles, he stated, would be entirely Belarusian-made. Around 30 launch sites have been identified across Belarus, chosen based on their proximity to targets.

Lukashenko affirmed that Minsk, in coordination with Moscow, would determine the targets and press the button if necessary. He further noted that the "Orichnik" missiles would serve as an additional deterrent alongside the tactical nuclear missiles recently deployed by Russia in Belarus.
