The U.S. Embassy in Nouakchott Begins Publishing Educational English videos

The U.S. Embassy in Nouakchott has launched the “English for All Mauritanians” initiative in response to the growing demand for English language learning in Mauritania. As part of the first phase, the embassy published the first video in an educational series of 10 short videos aimed at teaching English. This initiative, funded by the U.S. government, seeks to strengthen cultural dialogue and build closer ties between Mauritania and the United States. Chargé d’Affaires John T. Ice stated that the initiative aims to equip Mauritanian youth with English skills to support their professional and academic development, thereby enhancing Mauritania’s global standing.
