The National Crescent Sighting Committee has announced that the first day of Sha’ban 1446 AH will be on Friday, January 31, 2025.
In a statement issued following its meeting this evening at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Original Education, the committee stated that after conducting the necessary verifications and investigations, it has confirmed the sighting of the crescent moon through numerous and consistent testimonies from various regions across the country.
